Meet at the Borough Arms, Borough Road near the Town Hall, Friday 31st October 2014 at 6:45 pm. Leave at 7:00 pm onto the Acorn via Henhurst Hill then along Hopely Road to the Burnt Gate. From here through Anslow to drop down Beam Hill to cross the A511 to the Beacon. Then finally through Stretton to the Beech on the A5121 for 10pm for sandwiches and chips at £3 each. Please let Peter Rose know if you are coming so he can order the correct amount of food. Do take the opportunity to do some beer scoring as well.
Friday 17th October, Branch Social Supper at The Leopard Inn, Tutbury. The Branch have been invited to attend a Branch Social Supper by the Landlady. This is a thank you, for getting scores into HQ, which got the pub into the GBG 2015. Please contact May Arthur ASAP so that food can be organised. MEMBERS MUST have an up to date membership card with them to receive a special offer kindly put on by the landlady.

Tuesday 07th October. Beer Festival Sub Committee meeting at the Burton Old Cottage. Commence at 8:00pm. Getting involved in the Festival is a great way to support your branch, meet people and learn a thing or two about our favourite drink! All members welcome, the more people involved the better!
October’s Branch meeting will be at the Cock Inn, Hanbury, Monday October 06th 2014. The committee will meet at 7:30pm followed by a Branch meeting at 8pm.
Branch meetings are a great opportunity to meet the committee running your Branch. Attending branch meetings is a good way to find out what’s happening in the area, but also gives you the chance to suggest Socials, Campaigning ideas or just about anything else. If you’ve not been to one, why not give it a try!
